Narrative

When Joseph came out to the South Africa with his family on board Weymouth, he decided to change the spelling of their surname from Trollop to Trollip. He and Susannah are the progenitors of the South African Trollips, one the biggest 1820 families in South Africa.

SHIP: HMSS Weymouth from Portsmouth. Departed January 7, 1820 in Charles Hyman's party. Arrived Algoa Bay May 15, 1820.
